The introduction contains a scientific and inductive discussion regarding the general theory of innocence and exceeding. Part 1 is devoted to the conditions of exceeding limits of self-defense, and part 2 is a discussion of the consequences of exceeding the limits of self-defense. Some of the other topics include: danger, determination of a proper defense, liability of the exceedent of self-defense, and judicial powers in dealing with the exceeders the limits-of-self-defense.

Abstract

It is a collection of lectures delivered on the Iranian Constitution. Part 1 is a lecture on the political system in the Iranian Constitution, was delivered in Irsh?d mosque, Tehran in Dec. 1979. Part 2 is another lecture on the Constitution delivered in the city of Mashad in the summer of 1979. Part 3 includes a press interview of Aayatollah Bihisht? with the daily Jumh?r?-yi Isl?m? By referring to jurisprudential and legal sources, the book deals with the explanation of domestic relation in Iranian civil law. It consists of five chapters discussing marriage and its dissolution. The titles and some sub-titles of the book include: generalities of family law, engagement, marriage (the conditions of the parties to marriage contract, obstacles to marriage, temporary marriage and dowry portion), dissolution of marriage (recession and divorce) and procedural laws related to family (family courts). At the end, there are practical instances of family matters.

Abstract

This is a descriptive comparison between the principles of civil trials in the Constitution of Mashr?ïiyyat (Constitutional Movement) and the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In addition, there is an analysis of the level and the mode of the use of principles governing the trial and investigation of cases, such as the publicity of the hearings, in the aforementioned Constitutions. The study consists of three parts and seven chapters.
Part 1 entitled, Generalities, discusses the roots of the principles of the trials, their origin and rise throughout the world, and the history of their compilation and development in Iran. Part 2 entitled, The Principles of Common Civil Trials in the Mashr?ïiyyat and the Islamic Republic of Iran's Constitutions, discusses such issues as trial principles arising from personal rights and freedoms, and the principles of civil trial arising from the principle of the independence of the judiciary. The last part entitled, The Achievements of the Islamic Republic of Iran's Constitution Regarding the Principles of Civil Trials, discusses the principles of civil trials arising from personal rights and freedoms, and the principles relating to the responsibilities of judges.
The last chapter is a comparison between the principles of civil trails of the aforementioned constitutions.

Abstract

The book is a legal and fiqh? (jurisprudential) analysis of the article of 1130 of the Iranian Civil Code.
Based on the article, if the continuation of the marriage results in `usr and Earaj (hardship and constriction) to the wife, she can refer to the Islamic judge and ask for a divorce.
The book is in two parts. Part 1 has four chapters, with the following topics: literal and technical definitions of `usr and Earaj, the bases and elements of `usr and Earaj in Islamic fiqh (jurisprudence), the principle of `usr and Earaj in comparative law, and the special bases of the principle of negation of `usr and Earaj.
Part 2 has a single chapter entitled, the application of `usr and Earaj in divorce requested by the wife. After presenting a fiqh?, legal and historical analysis of the article 1130, the author offers a classification of the `usr and Earaj cases and mentions the following as some of those: intolerable harmfull addiction, sterility, preventing the wife from becoming pregnant, absence or definite and prolonged incarceration, abandonment of family life, refusal or inability to pay maintenance.
The book ends with two appendices. The first contains legal decisions in which the principle of `usr and Earaj have been applied. The second is a report on the bill of amendment to the article 1130 by the Islamic Consultative Assembly's Legal Commission and its outcome.

It contains seven chapters which include: Transactions (contracts, essential clause for capacity for business) sale, Banking Transactions, Cheques and Bills of Exchange, A Selection of Words of the Infallibles about earning money, the necessity of supervising the markets, and some prayers said when entering works place. There are references to several jurisprudential sources for each subject, although the names of jurisprudents are completely enumerated in each case.
